Nothing, rotten dirty room. Actually had several roaches scurry under bed when light was turned on. Used condoms in top drawer next to bed.

Cleanliness is paramount for me. This property satisfies me. Bed comfort is next delivered on both. I did not eat at the restaurants. Staff friendly. You will be required to request a cleaning service, including trash pickup. The train is a joy to ride as well. I would recommend it to a friend.

Friendly staff and cute property with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Super accommodating and easy to find with attractions and places to eat within a 3 to 15 minutes drive depending on which business you chose to visit. It is also about an hours (1hr) drive away from the Grand Canyon. Was a relaxing and fun experience.

Williams is a great little historic town A lot of great eating options and the gateway to the Grand Canyon. The pizza place/brewery is great and the Pine Breakfast Restaurant is amazing. The Route 66 Diner has great service but the food is meh. I wish we had more time to spend in actual Williams and walk around to all of the fun shops!

Williams is a quaint little town but still has plenty to do and great food! Bearizona is always a must and right up the street, and there’s also the coaster and shooting range for fun entertainment. It’s also a great location for many beautiful Poot ions within driving range from the Grand Canyon to Sedona, Jerome, and Flagstaff.

Cute little tourist town on the way to the Grand Canyon. Good place for a night or two. About an hour to the Grand Canyon by car. The town is very tourist oriented and friendly. Very walkable with good restaurants. We took the train tour from Williams to the Grand Canyon and it was very enjoyable.

Williams is beautiful and very green even during 25 degree temps. Dress warm! You will do a lot of walking because the traffic is crowded downtown and its quicker to park and walk. We liked how festive the town looked with all holiday lights everywhere. We had good pizza downtown. The buffet dinner in downtown was not impressive cost us $60 for a couple. Not worth it.

Williams is a great iconic route 66 town and a perfect location for your Grand Canyon journey. The town has great places to eat, shopping, gas stations, and a Safeway supermarket for added convenience.
Compared two other hotels in this category this place is head and shoulders above its competition. It isn’t a new hotel, however it is obvious that management cares and is trying. It’s very clean…even the nooks and crannies! There was fresh paint, new linens, And the staff are friendly and welcoming. There are 2 Motel six locations in Williams I’m not sure about the other one? Again, compared to any other hotel in this category this one is superior. Thank you to the staff and management :-)
The unique historic themed family suite with two bathrooms was perfect for our family of five. Our kids loved the loft style room upstairs. The location was excellent with easy access to the Grand Canyon Railway and the owner gave a terrific recommendation for dinner. (He is also well travelled and has some great stories of his adventures and was generous with his time.)
Williams was an amazing town, we only wished we could have stayed longer!
This property is meticulously cared for. You can just tell, even though it’s not a brand new hotel, it is well maintained and cleaned. The operators were so considerate. Nice decor, super clean rooms and excellent outdoor space for our kids to roam for a bit. Awesome tables and chairs outside of each room. We enjoyed cards outside after putting our kiddos to bed. Just perfect charm for a night in Williams on our way to GCNP.
we had a good sized room and had good facilities including indoor pool and laundry on site. staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Williams and 10-12 minutes walk from the Williams Grand Canyon Railroad depot. it is also possible to drive in about 70 minutes to the main South Rim car parks at the Canyon. Williams is a nice town with lovely shops, bars and restaurants.
The room was decent sized and equipped with every thing needed (Linens, Microwave, Fridge etc.) The location of the hotel is excellent. Right next to eateries and 1 minute away from Highway, making very easy to acess. It provdies parking all round the hotel, so park nearest to your room.
The pool facility was good, big pool and hot tub. kids will love that.
This hotel was in the perfect location and was extremely beautiful and well appointed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Williams. It is only been open a short time so we were one of the first guest. We spoke to the owner and he told us his plans for the future And it sounds amazing
The studio is on a great location- approximately one hour from South rim of the Grand Canyon and nearby restaurants, shops on the cute little town of Williams. Kim (owner) was an exceptional host, she answered questions promptly and was in communication to assure we had an wonderful stay.
Great location in the center of Williams, historical city located on Route 66. There was very friendly staff and cleaning lady. Price was not high, and what's important heating was in the room (-2 celsius degrees during the night during our stay)
The location is just an hour drive to the Grand Canyon.
Williams is a cute town with good selection of diners.
The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel looks good from the outside - good parking, good looking lobby and shared spaces.
Beautiful property and a lovely historical theme. We were sad we didn’t stay here longer. Easy access to Grand Canyon (about 30 mins away) and 5 minute drive into Williams for restaurants and shopping.
Good and comfortable. Nice green views, quiet. Clean. Nice pool (unfortunately it was too cold and rainy when we were there). Close to Grand Canyon and cheaper than the hotels there.
It’s great location, just 5 min from center of Williams. Perfect if you are traveling with kids and pet. Much better than hotel. RV has everything we needed. We will be back!
The pool and hot tub were nice. The food was tasty except for a few things and pretty expensive. Breakfast was good. Williams is a cute little town to visit on Route 66.
Lovely hotel just few minutes from the centre of amazin town of Williams. The room was wonderfully clean and the bed super comfy. Really enjoyed our one night here.
the room was large and comfortable. basic no frills hotel room. Short drive to downtown Williams (can walk in warm weather) and an hour to Grand Canyon.
