A fairly new hotel, clean and tidy. The room is spacious and cozy. There is a pool which we did not use. There is a laundry room for hotel guests. The food in the bar in the evening was delicious as was the breakfast. There is hot coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. Nice staff. A good place to stop at night or stay in the Moab area.

Our unit had a washer and dryer and it was wonderful to not have to pack up clothes that were dirty from hiking. The kitchen was well appointed and even included some spices. The bed was comfortable and there were handy outlets.

Great location in middle of Moab. Nice little pool.
Loved the energy, people, and THE NATURE. Food and shopping were perfect - hiking and tours are incredible! Arches National Park was spectacular - I hope I can go back and camp a couple of nights there. The 4 x 4 Trex Hell's Revenge from Moab Tourism was thrilling, a little scary and fun! Good food - good shopping - good adventures and people.

Great area for outdoor activities and in close proximity to Arches National Park and Canyonlands. If you like hiking you could easily do a 3-5 day trip here to see all the sights; and if you like ATV'ing or off-roading there are plenty of options in this area!

Moab was a lovely little tourist town - a perfect gateway to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
There are many cute shops - Indigo Alley was a standout for us. Wonderful selection of clothing, accessories and footwear.
We enjoyed Doughbird for donuts and coffee - they had a vegan chocolate dip donut that was heavenly!
Moab is super walkable, especially if you are able to find accommodations on the main drag.
We had three full days in Moab, most of which were spent hiking and exploring the parks. We could easily have spent another day or two checking out the shops and eateries in town!

We loved the ease of going to the parks.
We loved the ease of going to the parks. The town itself was hosting spring break, but honestly did not affect us at all. The town seemed less crowded during the following week. The parks were not overwhelmingly crowded, the people were very friendly and outgoing. It is a great town, with good restaurants and easy accessibility whether driving, walking or hiking.

Perfect place to visit to do SO much (or as little as you want). Short, easy hikes and long, strenuous hikes are all there. National parks, Colorado River, museums, great food, biking trails - this place has it all.
Spacious room with kitchenette, dining table and couch. Clean! Hot breakfast and friendly staff. At checkout front desk staff asked which way we were planning to travel and informed us of a road closure due to snow. Ultimately, we decided to stay another night and they gave us their best deal. Grateful that the front desk informed us as this closure was not shown on Google maps. We also called a gas station and hotel in the closed area and they confirmed the road closure. Thank you MainStay Suites staff!
Loved the individual cabin with all the amenities of home. Great shower (huge with rainfall shower head) and 50” tv for the husband. Lovely colors for decor and everything looked new. Great fresh ground coffee to prepare that morning in each room. Bed was the best we had on our trip. Also loves the fact that the office is the original ranch house of the oldest ranch in the area.
And just down the road was the famous Sunset Grill with a great view of Moab below.
This is an excellent family hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we were very comfortable! The beds were great! The couch had a trundle instead of a pullout and was very comfortable! The staff was so friendly and helpful! This hotel is also right down the street from the park entrance and close to downtown Moab as well! The pools and hot tubs were an added bonus! Really loved this hotel!
Excellent boutique hotel in downtown Moab! Spacious 2 bedroom room with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet location just a block away from the main street. Super nice and helpful staff! Great pool and hot tub, both in the shade in the afternoon! Unbelievable good and included breakfast in Cafe Italiano (you can pick and coffee made to order plus fresh sandwich, muffin, etc) Free parking.
5 mins from Moab for about half the price of every other hotel or Airbnb! Our room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was very updated and actually didn’t feel cheap. USB ports by several plugs were also a nice feature. Breakfast was good too. Some bad reviews made me question going with this hotel, but it was 100% worth it. Great value
Great place to stay in Moab. A short 15 mins drive to Arches Park and Canyonlands is also nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and sink. Great for self catering. There is also a small outside seating area with a gas barbecue .
Excellent location downtown. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Spacious fridge. Loved the black & white photos in the room depicting early Moab. Hotel employees on the grounds were friendly. Walking distance to Moonflower Co-op & food truck park for quick (& delicious) meals.
The location is not the best in Moab, but it was just a couple of miles further to Arches and Canyonlands - the bonus was that it was quieter on that end. Loved that the hotel is newer. Very nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Hot tub was kept hot. Price was excellent.
The place was big, comfortable and kid friendly. It had everything you could need. The rooms were cozy, clean and the beds were amazing! Felt even better than hotel beds! It was close enough to downtown Moab but far enough for peace and quiet.
This hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Moab. Just a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park entrance and about 25-30 minutes to Canyonlands Island in the Sky entrance. Nice sized room and very comfortable bed.
Very nice people and place. We had a great stay. The pool was super.
We're very happy that we could stay in this hotel even though the hotel had massive problems with flooded rooms due to the flood in moab.
I was exhausted from hours of driving and I just wanted a cheap hotel to rest a few hours. Indeed, it was cheap, however, staff was friendly and the room extended my expectations of cleanliness and comfort.
I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atompshere of the hotel. The location was also great regarding proximity to Arches and Canyonlands. The jacuzzi felt great, pet friendly, and very clean.
